And if you're going to read some of my older posts from my old teen angst self circa 2012-13, please excuse the pessimistic and emo tone of the posts. I was an angsty teenager who was struggling to ace her SPM. Please disregard any cringey sentences or remarks. I like to think that I am more mature and at a mentally stable state now. Some not so interesting flash updates since I got back a week + ago:

  1. My bags remained unpacked.

  2. I tried to cash out using my American card instead of CIMB. 
    (In my defense, both Bank of America and CIMB cards have similar shade of red ok)

  3. I was not aware of the recent hike in toll price. 
    I was driving through the toll alone, and I did not have my touch n go card nor my smart tag, so I had to use cash. The last time I was here, it was only RM1.60, so I gave the toll lady an amount of RM2. Then, the lady asked me for another 10 sen but I misheard it as "ada 10 sen tak?" and I quickly replied no. And then I saw the new toll price on the display which says RM2.10. I can't afford to live at the other side of LDP anymore, guys.

  4. The heat is real. 
    I can't live without my fan at its maximum speed and have another portable fan pointing at my face at all time. 

  5. I'm already bored. 
    I don't have any particular plans for the summer in terms of work or vacation and I'm thinking of maybe changing my flight back to Seattle so it'd be a little earlier.
